Game Maps IRL: Mapco Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Game Maps IRL: Mapco iPhone, Apple Watch, and CarPlay application (collectively, “Game Maps IRL: Mapco”) and related pages at https://msdstudio.org. Game Maps IRL: Mapco is provided by Murat Sait Dogan, operating as MSD Studio (“MSD Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Game Maps IRL: Mapco, you agree to these Terms, the Game Maps IRL: Mapco Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use Game Maps IRL: Mapco. Mandatory consumer rights and the Apple Standard EULA prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited by these Terms.

1. What Game Maps IRL: Mapco provides

Game Maps IRL: Mapco is a location, map, place-search, route-planning, and turn-by-turn navigation application with themed map worlds. Features may include route previews, voice guidance, traffic-aware routing, rerouting, an Apple Watch companion, and CarPlay support on compatible devices and vehicles.

Game Maps IRL: Mapco depends on your device, GPS and sensor conditions, internet access, Apple services, Mapbox services, map and traffic data, vehicle compatibility, and regional availability. Features and map coverage may vary by device, operating-system version, country, language, route type, and service availability.

Game Maps IRL: Mapco is an aid, not a substitute for attention, personal judgment, road signs, traffic laws, or official safety information. Maps, searches, traffic, closures, speed information, arrival estimates, voice instructions, and routes may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Actual conditions always control.

You are responsible for:

obeying road signs, laws, closures, access restrictions, vehicle limits, and instructions from public authorities;
choosing a safe and lawful route for your vehicle, mode of travel, experience, and conditions;
securely mounting or putting away your device and not handling or programming it while driving;
stopping in a safe and lawful place before interacting with Game Maps IRL: Mapco; and
discontinuing guidance whenever it conflicts with real-world conditions or safe judgment.

Do not use Game Maps IRL: Mapco for emergency dispatch, rescue, aviation, maritime navigation, military use, or any situation where inaccurate or delayed information could reasonably be expected to cause death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage. Call the appropriate emergency service when help is needed. Game Maps IRL: Mapco does not guarantee that a proposed route is suitable for pedestrians, cyclists, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, oversized vehicles, hazardous materials, or off-road use.

3. Location permissions and connectivity

Core features require location permission and network connectivity. You decide whether to grant location access through iOS. Precise location is required for reliable turn-by-turn guidance. Navigation you start may continue in the background until arrival or until you end it. New routes, searches, traffic information, voice services, and rerouting may fail without a suitable connection.

Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge for data usage, including roaming. You are responsible for those charges.

4. Premium subscriptions

Access to map worlds, destinations, route previews, and guidance requires an active Game Maps IRL: Mapco Premium entitlement unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise. Without Premium, map worlds may be available only for preview. The exact products, billing periods, local prices, taxes, trial or introductory-offer terms, eligibility, and renewal information are displayed by Apple before purchase and form part of your purchase terms.

Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and are managed by Apple.
A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it in accordance with the timing and terms shown by Apple for your storefront and purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting Game Maps IRL: Mapco does not cancel a subscription.
Introductory offers, if available, are limited by Apple’s eligibility decision and displayed terms.
Refund requests are handled under Apple’s rules and applicable law. MSD Studio cannot access your complete payment method or independently issue an App Store refund.
If payment fails, expires, is refunded or revoked, or Apple no longer reports an active verified entitlement, Premium access may end.

Prices and features may change prospectively. Any price increase, renewal notice, consent, or other subscription treatment will be handled as required by Apple and applicable law. You retain access for the period Apple confirms as paid or otherwise entitled.

5. License and ownership

Game Maps IRL: Mapco is licensed, not sold. Your license is governed by the Apple Standard EULA linked above. Subject to that license and these Terms, MSD Studio grants you no ownership in Game Maps IRL: Mapco, its themed map-world designs, software, artwork, interfaces, text, or other content.

MSD Studio and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. Map data, search results, navigation data, Apple services, Mapbox services, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to additional terms and required attribution.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

use Game Maps IRL: Mapco unlawfully, dangerously, fraudulently, or to violate another person’s rights;
copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, scrape, bulk-download, or commercially exploit Game Maps IRL: Mapco or its content except where the Apple Standard EULA or mandatory law permits it;
reverse engineer, bypass security or Premium controls, extract source code, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
use automated requests, robots, or abusive traffic that burdens Game Maps IRL: Mapco or a provider;
remove or obscure copyright, trademark, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap, or other attribution; or
use map or route information to create or improve a competing mapping database or service in a way prohibited by provider terms.

7. Third-party services

Game Maps IRL: Mapco relies on external services, including Apple and Mapbox. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, coverage limits, and acceptable-use rules. Your use of them through Game Maps IRL: Mapco is subject to applicable third-party terms. MSD Studio does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, content, availability, or processing, although this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Place names, addresses, businesses, opening hours, road attributes, and other map information come from external sources and may be incorrect or out of date. A listing in Game Maps IRL: Mapco is not an endorsement by MSD Studio.

8. Updates, changes, and availability

We may update, add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve Game Maps IRL: Mapco, meet legal or provider requirements, protect security, or respond to commercial and technical conditions. We do not promise that every feature, map world, route, or provider will remain available indefinitely. Updates may be required for continued use. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes and preserve applicable consumer remedies.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or if continued service becomes unlawful. You may stop using Game Maps IRL: Mapco at any time. Ending use or deleting the app does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Maps IRL: Mapco and its content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” MSD Studio does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete coverage, or the accuracy, safety, legality, or suitability of a route, search result, traffic condition, map feature, estimated time, or voice instruction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSD Studio and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from Game Maps IRL: Mapco or inability to use it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer law, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, MSD Studio’s aggregate liability relating to Game Maps IRL: Mapco will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Game Maps IRL: Mapco during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50 (or its local-currency equivalent). This limitation does not reduce rights available under the Apple Standard EULA or mandatory law.

11. Privacy

The Game Maps IRL: Mapco Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including precise location, searches, local saved places, Mapbox services, Apple subscriptions, retention, deletion, and your choices. Do not use Game Maps IRL: Mapco if you do not agree with those practices.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the MSD Studio operator identified below, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or a forum available under the law of your usual residence. Before filing a claim, you and MSD Studio should try in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting each other. You may also have access to a consumer authority, regulator, or alternative dispute-resolution body in your country. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted at the same public location with a new effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
